Sasirangan is a traditional cloth from the Banjar tribe in South Kalimantan. This fabric has even gone through the stages of licensing or recognition of Intellectual Property Rights (HKI) by the Indonesian Department of Law and Human Rights. Sasirangan comes from the word menyirang so the name of this typical South Kalimantan cloth is quite appropriate to the way it is made.

Lok Baintan Floating Market or Sungai Martapura Floating Market is a traditional floating market located in Sungai Pinang village (Lok Baintan), Sungai Tabuk sub-district, Banjar. In general, Lok Baintan Floating Market is no different from the Floating Market at the mouth of the Kuin River/Barito River . Both are traditional markets on boats or in Banjar language called jukung which sell various merchandise, such as agricultural/plantation products and don't last too long, a maximum of around three to four hours. This floating market has existed since the time of the Banjar Sultanate.
